Call for Board of Directors Nominations—2018-2019

The Call for Nominations is now open and we are seeking candidates for the open positions of President Elect, Vice President-Finance, Vice President-North American Regions, Director Region 1, Director Region 2, Director Region 4, Director Region 7 and Director Region 9.

Service on the Board of Directors of AACE is a rare chance to help drive the decisions of our highly-respected international association and shape the future of our profession. This is an exciting time to join the leadership of AACE and help us navigate our ambitious future.

Board service is a chance to grow personally and professionally, to develop skills, gain unique experience and make lasting connections with a team of other passionate and motivated professionals.  AACE has a dedicated staff in Morgantown WV who make the board's job as fulfilling as possible. They take care of managing AACE day-to-day enabling the board to focus on matters of strategic importance which can help improve our programs and services that we offer to our members.

The President Elect serves on the board for a total of three years (one as President Elect, one as President, and one as Past President). The term of office for Vice President-Finance is two years with a limit of two terms. The term of office for Vice President-North American Regions is two years and they are limited to one term. The term for a Regional Director is two years and they are limited to one term.

Potential candidates must hold an active membership with AACE, be willing to accept a leadership role and most importantly have the time to dedicate to fulfilling their responsibilities. The call for nominations ends September 30th, 2017.

New board members take office immediately prior to the Annual Meeting in June 2018.
