AACE International’s Board of Directors and the Headquarters staff held a strategic planning session conducted by Dr. David Dawley on September 30-October 1, 2017 in addition to conducting a regular business meeting. The following has been approved as the new mission and vision statements for AACE:
MISSION:
AACE members drive projects to complete on time, on cost, and meet investment and operational goals. We arm our members with the technical tools and expertise to support successful projects and programs.
VISION:
To be the gathering place and source of thought leadership for professionals who drive successful project and program delivery.
In addition to the new mission and vision statements, there were a number of areas in which there were open, lively, and constructive debates. The Board of Directors and Headquarters staff are proud to be moving the Association forward and will be working on several of these new strategic initiatives in the coming weeks and months.
