The March/April Cost Engineering journal features three top rated peer reviewed technical papers. With this issue of the Cost Engineering journal, we are premiering a new feature, “How to Build a Technical Article.” The goal is to provide you, our readers, with insights on the takeaways that the author of each technical article intends for you to get by reading their article. For potential new authors, the goal is to share insight and tips from these established AACE authors on how to select a topic and why to submit a potential new technical paper in our annual Call for Papers.
